I would be thinking that there is going to be a changing of the guard from the end of this month.... just the quiet whisper. Hopefully that means that some of the dead wood in management now no longer has a leg to stand on. Company is far too top heavy, and not very competently run..... start packing I would be thinking if I was working in an upper management role.
I don't think there will be too many pilots or gingerbeers that would shed many tears to see some of them go...
