This is turning into a right first officer bashing forum...shame on you all! I've flown with the low houred captains in question and would have as much, if not more confidence in their ability during an emergency than some of the more senior flightdeck members. As for a right of passage to earn a position flying a jet.... times have changed - live with it.
Pilots will never stand together with outdated attitudes like some on this forum
