The International Aviation Academy of New Zealand in Christchurch is quite good. You get to operate around jet traffic as it uses a parallel grass runway to the main runway at Christchurch International Airport. Plus you have an ILS at your disposal, and don't need to go somewhere else for it.
Bay flight is good as well and the climate in Tauranga is much warmer in winter than Chch.
I'm sure some of the other schools are just as good though so happy hunting.
