Unfortunately, Infratil Airports Europe is the poorest performer in their portfolio, and Manston is the biggest liability in the European operation.
Manston has experienced a number of flurries of activity in the past and these have been noted on this thread.
Overall, however, the past ten years suggest a picture of more or less zero, or very low, growth, and the yield is negative by several million.
No good for institutional investors I'm afraid.
