Also be very very very precise and correct with your paperwork for the shipment, especially photocopies of any original documents.
Having shipped radioactive material in a similar route you can get yourself into a whole world of hurt if there's any doscrepancies in your documentation.
We had an issue where one photocopied sheet of an original certificate out of a package of a hundred-plus pages had a smudge at some of the figures, none of which were really relevant to the shipment & none of which were actually illegible. Net result - held at customs for investigation for many weeks & eventually it took one of us to fly out with the original document & one of our senior board members flying in from our US office to countersign our declaration, taking local responsibility for the shipment before it got released. Two identical shipments previously & three subsequent ones went off without a hitch
