you will need to send it back to the shop you bought it from NEW to have it fixed under warranty, thats what I did.
Dont listen to all the having to shout rubbish. DC are very good headset, and have been for years. if you have 800 quid to waste go buy the bose, no arguments they are probably an excellent toy.
