I am aware that border control is not in the hands of Luton Airport/Council but I was trying to make the point that the "experience" of using Luton was not a pleasant one.
Regarding the trolleys you are absoluely right regarding the pull along type of case but 3 year olds are not very good at it after about 30 seconds.
I have complained directly to the Council regarding a previous use and got the usual waffle in reply.
I would much rather come on here and say what a fantastic airport Luton is but I do not feel able to do so after my admittedly limited experience and in comparrison to other UK and European airports. Maybe I was unlucky.
