Don't panic
Been told by a good source that the arrivals hall will be ready by summer 2010 and the only reason for the perceived delay (although its not actually a delay as it has been planned this way) is for manpower and resources. Only once the main departures section has been fully structured will the arrivals hall and associated buildings be constructed with the same crew. There will also be a new operations building which is contracted to go ahead - it cannot be cancelled. Landscaping is also to be done last while the arrivals halls are being completed.
