Why does this forum seem to be a whinging ground for everytime someone has a bad experience at LTN...
Every other post on here seems to be complaints about is the approach to the airport, drop off zone or supplementry charges. Why not take your complaints up with the airport or post on a website like Trip Advisor or SkyTrax.
Yes I know it is only £1 but there is a principle here.
For 99% of passengers these days, they use pull along bags and this isn't a problem.

Passport Control, is run by by UK Border Control, and beyond the airports control. They can provide input into how many staff should be on duty, but this is ultimately the responsibility of UK Border Control. Similar problems occur at other UK airport.
