bonus?
I can't see that it has been mentioned anywhere previously, but is it appropriate to ask whether or not employees will be receiving a bonus payment this year?
Let's remember, we are one of only a few airlines who remain profitable and who churned out a profit this year and people power can be the only reason this occurred.
Rewarding staff when they have had to bear the brunt of passenger discontent with the added pressure of continual cost-cutting could go a long way to improving morale, increasing pride in performance and driving efficiency.
