help!!!

i really need some help getting into the industry as there is little opportunities for people with no experiance.
i am 17 and have just taken my AS level exams which include physics. i have more then 5 gcse`s c and above including the 3 main ones english, maths and science. i also spent a week at RAF odiham doing work experience with the chinooks, so i am serious about this line of work
the only problem is that every job opening i have seen requires you to have some experience, which i do not.
if anyone can help me with finding opportunities in engineering whether it be a job, course or some other way that airlines recognize would be greatly appreciated.
