I don't think anyone is suggesting that QF pilots are the best or that any other pilot group is less professional but what Kenny is suggesting is as short sighted as most of his comments...
Ken how about competitive tendering for the heart surgeon that is going to perform your tripple by pass?.
Packrat is right...how about a hospital tendering for neurosurgeon or heart specialist on a cost basis....
Well,that is basically what the airlines are doing at the moment and under the cover of their political beliefs are people like Kenny endorsing that action...which is also generated more by jealousy of crew than any real cost cutting motive.
Would anyone here ring around for a heart specialist on the basis of cost..."Can you give me a quote for a triple by-pass please....how much discount would I get if you were assisted by only used 1 nurse and cut back on the anaesthesia please..."
