Is UK now the cheapest place to fly in Europe?

I currently live in Switzerland and need to renew my R22 Type licence in the next couple of months (and complete the necessary 3+ hours flight time). Looking at different countries within Europe it seems like UK is now the cheapest place to fly?

R22 Solo costs price per hour (converted to Pounds)
France: 364.64 (Euro - 420)
Switzerland: 319.62 (CHF - 558)
Spain: 238.76 (Euro - 275)
UK: 205.63

R22 Instructor costs price per hour (converted to Pounds)
France: 382.01 (Euro - 440)
Switzerland: 405.54 (CHF - 708)
Spain: 338.60 (Euro - 390)
UK: 282

Is this due to the pound vs Euro/CHF difference at the moment?
