WW - dont' worry about it, I am pretty sure that every one on here knows you meant well, after all the boys all escaped ok. I get your point about this being karma, but I really don't think a book about Chinooks has any sway over what happens in Helmand!
The news has been pretty quiet about the whole incident though, what with all the clamouring for more helicopters.
As for me, I am just glad the lads are ok, a bit shaken up I suspect but glad they were flying such a robust bit of kit!
