It would be faster if you would just file it to CFMU(eurocontrol) directly, both in Brussels and Paris, and eurocontrol will forward it to your enroute ATC's, that is, if you're entering eurocontrol airspace. If not, then just forward your FPL to you handler at HESH and HEGN or better yet, tell your Capt to meet them in person and handover his ATC FPL.
