Don't forget FUK...now flown by KA and all the frequencies and destinations added after CX started to feed more traffic to them.
Hanoi however is not somewhere ever flown by CX passenger planes so that doesn't count. it has only ever been a code share with Vietnam Airlines...unless you count the prop 'good old' days.
