I think that the Motorfluggruppe Thurgau, at Lommis (about 45 mins drive from Zürich) ticks most of your boxes although they only operate 155HP DR-400's.(Willkommen auf dem Flugplatz Lommis LSZT). Feel free to PM me if you need any further info.
