Haven't read it yet, but leafing through chapter 2 "Discussion" and the 13 Safety Recommendations, it looks like a pretty thorough and wide ranging approach that the Spanish investigation Board took, not sparing Spanair, as an airline, at all.
Why immediately these cynic reactions by people who obviously have not yet read a single word of it ?
