It looks like Southwest now has its sights on the largers cities.
Absorbing Frontier would have given them access to Denver. Now all this means is that they will go in by themselves and Frontier will probably be the first casualty. The Frontier pilots may still end up working for Southwest down the road, but only through the application process.
