AJV and ANA Cargo

Now JP Express is selling all the shares to ANA, so what happen to AJV?
Just curious, AJV was the joint venture between ANA and JP Express, and now is 100% subsidiary of ANA.
What's the relationship between AJV and ANA Cargo?
