Understood. there's a discrepancy then between my QRH and FCTM.
I refer to the overweight landing checklist and my QRH says:
TARGET SPEED...... VLS
Also my company's FCTM says push managed speed once landing config is achieved.
once again, i refer to my company's manuals. it does makes sense to me to get rid of GSmini by using selected speed
