I have this uncanny ability to pick poor choices for my challenges and need to research them better before posting. It would appear that the general arrangement of this aircraft was highly speculative back in 1983 and even now it's debatable as no photos exist. Even the designation changes with each source and time period. It is Russian but not MiG or Yak. The Bureau responsible is more famous for its bombers, ground attack and transport aircraft.
