As previously stated the pay is the currently reduced pay that is seen on the website. Right now they are looking at only type rated pilots. This allows them to put new hires through a short course, start to finish (this includes line training and line check, or IOE) is 4 weeks. Hand flying is allowed, nothing prevents this other than an individual's (captain's) philosophy of operating. Hope this helps those that are interested.
