When arranging my visits I sent a message through the message centre asking who to contact for Swanwick and Bristol visits. For Swanwick you will be given the email address
[email protected] and for Bristol I was given the name and number of who to contact.
Don't be afraid to ask for help from NATS when arranging it, they were absolutely fantastic with mine.
