Note the requirments to contact Class C As well as adjoining classB airspace as well as high terrain and the limited availability of VFR approach and we have something very similar to BK...How can a VFR approach VNY from 360 degrees and any altitude?

2. Call SoCal Approach prior to entering Class C.

Departures: 1. Monitor ATIS prior to calling Clearance or Ground.
2. Call Clearance @ 126.6 for IFR or Class C clearances.
