I wouldn't have thought that a past winner of 'The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies To Work For' would need any form of "bonding arrangement".
After all. why would anyone want to leave? 
P.S. By the use of the term 'mixmaster' are you someone who reduces music to its lowest common denominator? ....Thump-clap, thump-clap, thump-clap, etc.
