The numbering of the "wall" (window but no window) row depends on the cabin configuration and the airlines' numbering practice.
IME it's usually row 8 or 9 in a one-class cabin, for 2-class it could well be 14 if the airline leaves a numbering gap between J & Y. I would suggest calling the airline except that they probably don't know themselves
