You also forgot to mention that Fatima isn't just a clerk. She is also a manager, senior manager, Head of Dept and VP; and that an awful lot of those who do not fall into the 'Fatima' category, simply come to work on time to stir up as much in-fighting as possible so that nothing gets done!
