Cretan Eagle Aviation
As far as I know (posted from Kypriano Biris in 2004) Cretan Eagle Aviation were operating also in Sitia Airport. Perhaps before the new RWY were built? Tryed to contact them at Iraklion but there was some problem about their email address. I'll try again. Regards.
