Nice to have a choice. 145 great machine to cut your teeth on (if you can land it well in a gusty crosswind you can land pretty much anything bigger and more stable you eventually move onto) but given the choice I'd go for the 190.
The 145 is now old hat, and although cheap as chips to run, they won't be around forever. Due to the 'sizeist' mentality of many recruiters you'll find it easier to move on having flown the 190. Also, command isn't the be all end all, and whats another 2 years or so in the grand scheme of things....
