The Saigon refueller tells me the chief pilot/director of flight operations is an ex JQ, ex QF and ex AN Captain.
So what do we get out of that?
A boss who makes the crew wear hats and jackets in tropical heat, imposes dated procedures because "that's how we used to do it in Ansett" and the company bonus is he will do it for third word wages!!
