Was up there last weekend and agree with the above post about where the water is etc. It seems to be evaporating rapidly now to the point of asking yourself if it is worth the expense of the trip, as there is much more dry lake to lake under water. The tour operators would disagree no doubt but then they want to wring every last cent out of it.
William creek is always a welcome watering hole and still quite busy.
