In no particular order...
The engine is indeed just behind the cockpit a la the Bell Aircobra. This aircraft was more than a paper exercise but never got built.
Not the ME509 project.
LM..bearing in mind what you said in the past I figured the quality was not up to reproduction.....I do agree it is perhaps not the prettiest of aircraft!
