yup, they do not pay for your ticket or hotel
so it is kind of expensive....
it takes whole day (till 16), normal interview
welcoming, about the company, group exercise (two of them for us)
everybody is very nice and friendly but they are looking at you all the time....
there is tea and coffee
plus lunch with some people from the office
so you will meet lots of people
dress up (however last time girl who didnt dress up passed the interview
)

work is standby, salary you will get with your invitation contract with the details
it is ok, they give accomodation allowance, transport allowence plus out of base allowance
so if you fly a bit you can earn
plus tips!!!!!!!!!
on my interview only girls from EK got the job
so if you fly somewhere else or you are on a break your chances are smaller
(but that was some time ago, maybe now they need more crew
)
