Amsterdam has never stuck but thats not because the route is not viable, its because the type of operator and aircraft type are not right.
Amsterdam only survives from other regional airports because of the significant chunk of connecting traffic.
KLM/VLM would be ideal on 2 or 3 times daily BOH-AMS with a F70 (but i would have thought that SOU would gain that airline before BOH does!)
