Upper deck CW is 4 abreast in 2-2 configuration. There are overhead bins (see this image:
Photos: Boeing 747-436 Aircraft Pictures | Airliners.net) and I believe there are additional bins next to the A and K seats between the seat and fuselage.
The new CW seat includes a storage drawer anyway, ideal for a laptop for example - check out the tour:

There are two configurations, but the upper deck are the same on both. Row 62 is reputedly to be one of the best onboard.
