There is normally only one pilot there, and surely they fly within the bounds of flight and duty time limitations, so they must get a day off every now and then. Anyway, who cares, what else is there to do up there?
The pilot works in the Woolshed restaurant serving meals and drinks most evenings, wearing his "uniform" either to entice customers for the next day or young ladies after last orders.
