In response to SNS3Guppy's post early on in this thread:
I was a nervous flyer before reading that post. From the first word to the last you give us passengers the absolute confidence in the aircraft. Not only that, but if something does happen to go wrong, we can guarantee that the people up front are absolute professionals.
