G'day folks,
Forgive me living underneath a rock but I always believed that the night flight time required for the issue of an ATPL was:
(d) at least 100 hours of flight time at night.
Looking on the CASA website it seems CAR 5.172 was altered (last year) to read:
(d) at least 100 hours of flight time at night as pilot in
command or as co-pilot.
I just wan't to clarify, does this mean the 100 hrs can be made up of a combination of command/co-pilot night time? Would the co-pilot night time have to be halved in this case? (i.e would need 200 hrs co-pilot to satisfy the 100 hr requirement)
Cheers
