.. and if you plan on living in Al-Ain and piloting a Cessna with G1000 (or any other glass cockpit aircraft) for the rest of your life, then I guess it's ok to be with Horizon. Otherwise, your PPL is going to be one costly affair with training in an aircraft that won't be helpful if you move to different region/aircraft with conventional dials. So it all depends on what you are looking for at the end of the deal. Personally, I wouldn't advice anyone to skip basics and jump into glass cockpit for training unless if enrolled in an MPL course and going for an airline. Even then, knowledge and training with basic instruments is a must.
