Pan Pan Medical

We've had a recent increase in the number of in-flight medical emergencies at my airline. As with most, our crews use a Pan call for a priority approach or to faciliate an en-route diversion. I was sure I had seen something recently on the introduction of the phraseology 'Pan Pan Medical' to differentiate between any other urgent (Pan) situation. I know 'Pan Pan Medico' is used at sea. I have checked the recent edition of CAP413 but didn't see it there, can anyone throw any light on this?
