.. but from what it sounds like, you're trying to lower the circling MDA by continuing the descent to the LLZ minima? If I was in that situation where I had already gone through the circling minima, and couldn't land on the straight-in runway, I'd conduct a missed approach.
The circling minima is set higher than the LLZ and ILS minima for a good reason.
