Not simply because the two will fit together very well but I hope, as in the US, they would make some drastic changes to BD's on board service.
VX is supposedly an entirely separate company.

The service in Upper has been ravaged by the bean counters to the extent that they now have nothing left to differentiate them from the competition, and if they chop anything else out of the Y service you'll end up with a long haul LCC. 600 crew are getting the chop as well. God help BD if the on board service is remodelled in VS's image.
I would really like to see BD do well out of the LH takeover. With a proper strategy and good management I really hope that the airline can get back to how it used to be before modular mayhem was introduced.
