The proposed cuts of 800 people
The men with the beards won't easily agree to that. That would be another shedload of contributions gone out of their salaries.
Looks like another round of the usual coming up:
Management insist on cuts.
Unions say no.
Strikes threatened.
Wary passengers book with other airlines so Revenue down.
Eventually costly redundancy package agreed but not after further heavy losses due to the delay.
Cash pile running even lower.
Or is that too bleak a scenario to paint?
