G'day.

I can't speak for BAe in Jerez but BAe Systems Adelaide is top notch. All the flight/ground instructors are motivated and all know their stuff.
Aircraft are all well maintained, any U/S's get seen to quick sharp and there are a heap of Flight Simulators. The premises are very impressive too, all facilities avaliable, library (with internet videos etc) swimming pool, gym, tennis courts..Same as Jerez.

Reading the above posts regarding OATS...I can safely say BAe won't treat you the same, regardless of whether your a Private Cadet or from a Major Airline.

I've found BAe treat all their cadets equally, no matter which airline/background they are from which is an admirable quality.

Unfortunately BAE Adelaide don't run the JAA integrated course anymore...so won't really help you much. But I am sure Jerez will be equally helpful and accomodating. If you've got any questions e-mail me.

Cheers
