Teamviewer module (.exe) for remote access
How can you do remote access, non-networked? Perhaps the .exe is trying to find a non-existent network stack?
If not that, is he running as an admin equivalent?
If not, it could be causing the errors experienced.
Try Run As, supplying administrator details.
