I cannot get over your loyalty to LTN, cue LTNMan!!
The place is a ****hole and I know that I should resist
'taking the bait', but how on earth can you justify saying
that this is a major International Airport? How STN/LTN
developed is irrevelent, it happended.GET OVER IT!
The bottom line is . . . . 2mile long runway, which pleases
most Pilots, versus a few catty comments and, oh f### we're
looking at 1.2m!
If I was flying an aeroplane, quite aside of all the 'Buster the ####
politics, I would be much happier with a much larger bit of tarmac . . .
wherever that was laid AND the history behind it!
A lovely Airport....no it's not, it's crap! I've been complimentary in the past,
but #### it I'll now be honest! I'm very surprised by LTNMan, who at least grasped what was going on.
Welcome to the real world, LTN
will do Ok for a time, but will still suffer the same as other Airports, which
will, I'm afraid. include STN!!
