Let's hope for the best. With JB out, and under the bankruptcy protection, there are two positive assets in favour of SkyEurope. Despite many annoyed passengers (including some who I know personally - they are also still waiting for their ticket-refund), a huge percentage of them are surprisingly loyal.
Problems with cancelled flights, unanswered emails, and tickets just not being refunded, are normal practice by many low-cost airlines. Therefore I don't think this will be a major problem. Although it is certainly not correct on behalf of the company, it's just normal practice in this segment (ever tried to get a refund from Ryan-fxxking-air?)

I don't have much hope for the future of Skyeurope, but for a while they will now go on. Like before.
Somehow, that company just refuses to die; without ever resolving any of their problems, they just drag on and on and on.
