If Ryanair had been given their own dedicated terminal and apron back in the late 1980's, they would never have moved to Stansted.
But where would they have put it and who would have paid for it? Anyway I thought it was Easyjet that wanted to build their own terminal at Luton that would have made Luton’s bus station look like a place of shear luxury compared to what Easyjet wanted but thankfully the council said no.
I can remember easyjet saying that the new terminal at Luton was like the Taj Mahal and much too posh for their passengers yet easyjet now has no problems using airports like Gatwick and Stansted.
