Well how should I put this, try to stay out of china unless your a captain. FO jobs are basically next to 0 unless you have lots of experience/ chinese citizen or have a caac license. You will find if you have an FATPL no airline in china (well I haven't heard of any) will take you on, because its considered as a large investment for them.

Basically you can convert from ICAO to CAAC license with FATPL by:
1)Gaining an CAAC medical (Astronaut medical)
2)Completing the theory exams, 3 of them (PPL, CPL, IR).
3)Doing the 3 flight tests (PPL, CPL, IR)
Then after this you will get your converted CAAC license. Priced approximately 60000RMB, excluding medical fee, accomodation or eating costs.
Its going to be difficult to get a school just to do this conversion, so be prepared to look hard as there arn't many.

The last quote I got (recently) for CAAC conversion, Flight Instructor Rating with Guarenteed job at the end was 280000RMB, which was too expensive for myself, didn't want to spend so much money on an FI rating when you can get one in the UK for about 8-9000 pounds averagely.

Unless your willing to pay alot of money, you won't get anything with an FATPL, well unless you have an FI rating from abroad with alot of teaching hours, or your a commercial aircraft captain...

Goodluck all!!!
